Spacious, cosy and welcoming 5-bedroom property, superbly located on the outskirts of Gower, perfect for access to all the local activities available.

This detached family holiday home is large with sociable living space, perfect for a celebration get together with friends and family. Interiors are bright and comfortably furnished, complete with French doors onto the patio and garden for alfresco dining. 

 

This is a beautiful location … get out and about and explore this beautiful area. Visit Langland with its pretty beach huts, great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. Drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles. Perfect for a family holiday.

 

Size: sleeps 10/11 (Bunk beds for children only, Max 7 adults/teenagers)

Beds: 1 x super king size bed, 1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds, 2 sets of bunk beds ( up to 12 year olds), 1  x daybed (which can be made up as a single bedroom)

Kitchen/utility room: breakfast table and chairs, electric cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lounge/diner: extendable dining table and chairs. Comfortable soft seating, large flatscreen TV and DVD player.

Sun room: soft seating, coffee table and French doors leading to a patio with garden furniture.

Shower room: WC, wash hand basin and shower cubicle.

Sitting room: soft seating, feature fireplace, TV and bookshelves.

Day room: day bed which can be used as a downstairs single bedroom. Study space, wardrobe, armchair.

 

First Floor

Master bedroom: super king size bed, armchairs, wardrobes, bedside furniture.

Ensuite: bath, WC, wash hand basin, shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2: double bed, chest of drawers, bedside furniture, armchair, wardrobe.

Bedroom 3/Nursery: cot.

Bedroom 4: twin beds, bedside chest of drawers and a dressing table.

Bedroom 5: bunk room with 2 sets of children size bunks. Suitable for children up to the age of 12 years old. Drawer space, wardrobe and a study space.

Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

 

 

Entertainment: TV/DVD

 

For families: cot and highchair provided. 

Outside: rear landscaped garden with patio and outdoor furniture. A ramp leads down onto the lower end of the garden which is laid to lawn.

Parking: off-road parking for up to 4 cars, 

 

General: changeover day -  Friday. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi.

 

Pets: sorry, note pets.

Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Notes: no smoking. Please make us aware at time of booking if daybed is to be made up as a single bedroom. No bed linen & towels provided for day bed unless requested. Refundable security deposit required for this property. :On request the garage can be made available for storage of bikes, surf boards, kayaks or golf equipment.     Lovely big house with masses of space (there were only four of us!) and everything we could possibly need in the way of facilities and equipment. Had a lovely time in this area despite the rain on some days.
