Looked just like the photos. Super clean, cosy and warm with home comforts. The back garden is a suntrap and we enjoyed sitting out for a morning coffee. Becky was a fantastic host, very knowledgeable and offered lots of tips and recommendations. All in all a fantastic 3 nights and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend.

Everything was new and nicely decorated. All appliances had very useful instructions. The log burner was very good to have in the cold weather. The welcome tray was very well-stocked and a nice touch. The location of the cottage is ideal for walking into the centre of Pickering, where there are many independent shops. Also two supermarkets also very close by and easy to walk to. Even though the cottage is on a main road, the secondary glazing meant there was hardly any noise at night. We didn't use the outside patio space, but in the better weather it would be an ideal place to sit and relax with a drink. We enjoyed a trip on the North York Moors Railway steam train to Goathland too.
